Happy Samhain

 The Celts had only two seasons summer and winter. Samhain marked the start of their winter season when everything starts dying and the darkness comes. In some quarters, this time was labeled negatively to ostracize practitioners. Many earth-based spiritual traditions had their holidays and ritual usurped by Christianity as it grew to dominance and power. Among those was All Hallows Eve (Samhain)..The Celts believed it was the time when the veil between the worlds was thinnest. Wnter is coming.
